Undergraduate Practice

External Placements

The GEIMAC offers undergraduate students a first point of contact with the activities typically associated with psychological research. Specifically, we provide placements in areas such as clinical and health psychology, psychosocial intervention, and organizational and work psychology, among others. These are contexts in which the student can encounter issues related to the comprehensive assessment of functioning in severe mental disorders, life stressors and their repercussions in terms of mental health and psychological symptoms, psychological violence in various settings (couple relationships, the workplace or sects), and quality of life in at-risk populations.
