  1. Analyse the learning-service experience as a new method identifying the conditions to empower the teachers, to innovate the teams and transforming the culture centres.
  2. To study the process that allow to Social Entities to develop learning-service projects and Local Administration to form a educative net.
  3. To systemize the conditions, the principles and the actions that allow to design the LS (Learning-Service), to incorporate them to the culture’s centre and to amplify the educative capability of the territory.
