Josi Lage presents the performance "Barbarie en blanco y negro", directed and written by Esther F. Carrodeguas, which aims to reflect on seduction and sexuality in relation to power, self-deception and prejudice. "Barbarie en blanco y negro" will push the audience to face the ghosts that haunt their inner selves - as Shakespeare noted, good and evil live in all of us. Lage, director of the Festival de Teatro Galego (FETEGA), has participated in performances by independent theater groups in Galicia such as Teatro do Atlántico or Teatro de Ningures. Carrodeguas, writer, director and actress, was awarded the Abrente prize for theatrical texts in 2015. This activity is co-organized by Galician and Galician Studies (UB), the Minor in Galician Studies (UAB) and ADHUC, within the cycle "No només Rosalía de Castro", in collaboration with the Dean of Philology, for March 8.
