The seminar "Poetas hispanoamericanas del siglo XX" aims at offering an approach to contemporary Hispanic American women writers and their poetry. How are subjective and/or feminist position shaped in the work of the Hispanic American women poets of the twentieth century? How are identity marks visible in the work of these authors?; what identities are these? How are these writers' poetics formed? The study of Hispanic American poets is a current issue and is fully present in the scientific and academic spheres, thanks to the recognition these authors have gained throughout the twentieth century. This seminar is part of the project "Las poetas hispanoamericanes: identidades, feminismos, poéticas" (FEM 2013-21266). The participants will be the director of the project, Milena Rodríguez Gutiérrez (Universidad de Granada), María Ángeles Pérez López (Universidad de Salamanca), Tania Pleitez and Dunia Gras (Universitat de Barcelona).
