Rafael M. Mérida Jiménez (ADHUC-Universitat de Lleida), Jorge Luis Peralta (Universidad de La Plata-CONICET and researcher at GRC Creació i pensament de les dones) and Lukasz Smuga (Uniwersytet Wrocławski) have edited the monographic issue "Among Others. Queer Perspectives in Hispanic World - Entre otros/as. Perspectivas queer en el mundo hispánico". This volume (available through Open Access) analyzes the representation of dissident sexualities in literary, artistic and audiovisual texts created in the Hispanic world in the last decades. From gay, lesbian, trans* and queer perspectives, this monographic issue discusses bodies, discourses and textualities against the current of the heterosexual norm. Especialist contributors include: Juan Vicente Aliaga, Susana Chávez-Silverman, Brad Epps, David William Foster, Mauricio List, Alfredo Martínez-Expósito, Alberto Mira, Alejandro Modarelli, Moira Pérez, Chris Perriam, Javier Sáez, Romina Smiraglia o Gracia Trujillo.
