The latest book by Elena Laurenzi (ADHUC—Università del Salento), "Fili della trasmissione. Il progetto delle donne De Viti de Marco-Starace nel Salento del Novecento", has just been published. The book focuses on the study of two generations of women who belong to the family De Viti de Marco, which lived and worked in the south of Italy in early 1900. Particularly engaged in solving social problems and open to European and other internacional influences, these women created Le Constantine. This work is part of the results of the research conducted within the project "Between past and future. History of 'Le Costantine', a female enterprise of excellence", by Elena Laurenzi.
