Management
The Agency for Quality Assurance is managed in four Areas:
the Area for Teaching Staff;
the Area for Research;
the Area for Management;
the Area for Analysis and Forecast.
A coordinator is responsible for each of these Areas.
The Management Council
The Management Council is the collegiate organ invested with decisional powers in matters regarding the Agency. It exercises its authority in the following areas of activity:
studying and approving the activities to be conducted by the Agency;
setting criteria and norms for internal quality assurance management;
developing and coordinating the evaluative tasks qhich the Agency must perform;
promoting the culture of quality assurance in the university community;
exercising all such powers as are assigned to the Council by the University's Governing Council.
The Quality Assurance Council
The Quality Assurance Council exercises its authority in the following areas of activity:
analysing those procedures in which the Agency participates;
preparing meetings of the Management Council and notifying the Council of the proposals to be put forward;
monitoring the annual proposals put forward in the Agency's Action Plan;
exercising all such powers as it is assigned by the Management Council.
