The educational path of the master’s
degree is completed by a work stage of 300 hours which, according to the specific
interests of each student, can be carried out in public bodies working in the
promotion of food and gastronomic culture, in companies and associations, cultural
institutions from the region (museums, libraries, documentation centres, newspapers
and periodicals libraries, etc.)
For this purpose, the University of Barcelona will establish some agreements
with institutions and companies to offer the students a wide range of options.
