Description

El objetivo es presentar a los estudiantes el trabajo de Tyler Burge sobre la epistemología de la percepción, especialmente en su reciente libro Origins of Objectivity. La asignatura contará con la participación del profesor Burge, que expondrá sus ideas durante dos semanas.

 

TEMARIO:

3. Anti-individualism and Perception.

4. The Role of Objects in Perceptual Experience.

5. Perception and the Body.

6. Perception and Spatial Representation.

7. Perception and Self-Knowledge.

 


Methodology

El curso tendrá estructura de seminario; se propondrán lecturas, que serán discutidas en clase después de una presentación por parte del profesor responsable o de los propios alumnos.

 


Evaluation

Participación en clase; dos ensayos breves, sobre temas que se propondrán.
