AQR-Lab studdies the ''Development of the juvenile guarantee in Catalonia: Characterisation of the population and design of the evaluation of impact.''

The Europe 2020 strategy aims to improve the functioning of European labor markets by proposing to obtain a 75% employment rate for people between the ages of 20 and 64 by 2020. The starting point for the Catalan economy is not the More appropriate because the proportion of young people in the NOEF group (who are neither employed nor in education or training) aged 16-29 has been growing steadily during the crisis and has been at alarming levels.

This study characterizes the NOEF population in Catalonia, as well as the young people registered in the guarantee register and who have participated in the different actions promoted by the SOC. Likewise, the methodological bases are established to carry out an evaluation of the impact of the measures executed in 2016, once these have concluded.
