Objective
Construction of a work quality indicators system starting from the calculation of 10 labor quality components, following the definition of the European Union (job
satisfaction, promotion and training, gender equality, health and safety at work,
flexibility and security, access to employment, reconciliation with family life, social dialogue, productivity and labor, disability and discrimination).
Methodology
There are four phases:
Building the structure of the indicators system.
Building the structure of the synthetic index.
Preparation of the database (EPA survey of quality of life at work and others).
Calculating the indicators system: calculating the synthetic index as well as the partials.
Interpretation of the results (text and graphics).
