Objective
Identifying the effectiveness of active employment policies regarding to the employability of the job seekers through an ex-post evaluation of different programs managed by the SOC.
Methodology
There are 3 clearly interrelated phases: Revision of the regulations of the bases and the active employment policy program declarations. Descriptive analysis of participants in the analyzed programs. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the actions realized between 2000 and 2008, using matching techniques.
