Objective
Exploring the labor market understanding from a regional perspective to investigate its behavior in a closer way to the observed reality. Making comparative analysis of Catalonia with Spain and the European Union.
Methodology
Collection of information about the employment situation in Catalonia with the highest available regional desagregation, making a selection to compare the pulse of the regional submarket in the medium-term with international standards. Assessment of the possibility of starting some specific work linked to the related aspects of the labor market. Incorporation of a prospective analysis of the main macroeconomic variables (employed population, active population, unemployment and unemployment rate and salaries) of the labor market.
