The main objective is to carry out a study of the economic costs of the expenses linked to the actions of vocational training for employment, in order to obtain a methodology for calculating a cost / training hour economic module and per participating person for each of the formative training actions that are offered within the framework of vocational training programs for employment.

It is based on 5 stages:

Stage 1: Descriptive analysis of the training actions of the SOC and the Continuous Training Consortium during the years 2013, 2014 and 2015 for unemployed and employed persons respectively.

Stage 2: Economical analysis to detect behavioral structures in costs per student and time of the different courses.

Stage 3: Survey of entities that are dedicated to training to know the value they make of their costs.

Stage 4: Selection of the estimated econometric models the results are more consistent with those of the survey.

Stage 5: Development of a computer tool that automatically allocates the unit cost of the market to any course according to its characteristics
