The Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona and the Laboratory of Applied Economics (AQR-Lab) of the University of Barcelona, present the report of the situation of the first quarter of 2021.
Catalan GDP will grow by 6% in 2021, recovering only half of what was lost in 2020. The 2,022 will continue the upward trend at a similar pace (6.1%) and the economy will end the year approaching the level of pre-pandemic (99, 5%).
