Research interests:
Photosynthesis and productivity of Mediterranean forest species under stressing conditions (fire, drought, elevated CO2). Antioxidant responses in Populus spp.  Phytoremediation.

Current research projects:
Quantification of antioxidant systems in Populus spp. by nirs (Near-Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy).AGL2008-00244/FOR. MCyT/FEDER (Project coordinator).
