Adaptations of Mediterranean plants to
water stress-oxidative stress and their hormonal regulation.
|
Research interests:
Water stress is one of the more limiting factors for survey of plants
in Mediterranean zone; so, the knowledge of resistance mechanisms
to water deficit and their hormonal regulation, specially the role
of ABA in the signal transduction pathway, as well as the accumulation
of H2O2 and ROS, are really very important.
Key words: Water stress-oxidative stress, Hormones,
ROS, Liquid Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS); Transmission
Electron Microscopy (MET).
