1984
Education
Currently
PhD program of neuroscience, University of Barcelona
(UB)
October 2003 – March 2009
Diploma-degree in Biology, Goethe-Universität
Frankfurt, Germany
February 2006 – July 2006
6 academic months at the Université de
Picardie Jules Verne (Amiens, France)
Current position
Since October 2009
PhD student at the UB
Research Interests
Processing and perception of auditory input.
Current Projects
Auditory novelty detection, investigated by
means of EEG recording. Middle-latency components of the ERPs
(event-related potentials) are analyzed regarding the potential
change for deviant (rare) stimuli that are embedded in a standard
sound pattern.
