Current projects
Brain mechanisms of top-down modulation towards involuntary attention, regarding emotional context. My current project aims at investigating the functional relationship between distraction elicited by auditory events and a context of visual emotional processing, by means of behavioural measurements, ERPs and fMRI. In two different studies, I have observed that an implicit negative emotion processing can enhance this distraction effect.
