The quality of decision making in board rooms and top management teams are key to the success of each organization. This determine the direction and development, growth or decay of the organization. Composition, leadership, communication and conflict management of top teams determine the quality of decision making and execution. In this seminar we will focus on state-of-art theories of team development and team conflicts, and explore the role of leadership in these top teams.
