I recently graduated from Food Science and Technology in Universitat de Barcelona (UB). During the last year of my degree, I focused on the study of the Choline Trimethylamine-Lyase (CutC) enzyme using different computational techniques under the supervision of Dr Carolina Estarellas.
Currently, I am a student of the master's degree in Biomedicine (UB). For my master’s thesis, I will continue to work under the guidance of Dr Estarellas in the CutC project.
