Adjunt lecturer in the Department of Nutrition, Food Sciences and Gastronomy at the University of Barcelona, Faculty of Pharmacy and Food Sciences.
Born in Barcelona, he graduated in Chemistry and received his PhD in Computational and Theoretical Chemistry from the University of Barcelona. After a postdoctoral stay in the Université de Lorraine, he returned to Bacelona to join the Computational Biology and Drug Design group.
His research is now focused in three main lines, Protein dynamics and function, Computer aided drug design and Computational gastronomy. Author of 50 articles in indexed magazines, he has participated in 23 research projects both at the national and international level. He has supervised three master thesis and two PhD thesis.
