I graduated in Chemistry in Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) in 2019. After my degree, I finished a master's in Industrial Chemistry & Chemical Research also in Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) in 2020. Under the supervision of Prof. Carlos Jaime Cardiel, my thesis explored the formation of carbon nanotube transmembrane channels combining Dissipative Particle Dynamics, Coarse-grained modelling and Quantum Mechanics.
I’m currently a PhD student in the Biotechnology program in Universitat de Barcelona (UB). Under the supervision of Dr. Salomé Llabrés, my research is focused on understanding the mechanisms behind Cholesterol regulation in humans by means of Molecular Dynamics and Metadynamics simulations
