Here we will upload hopefully very soon a plugin for Cytoscape. The plugin, called PerturbationAnalyzer-DD is based on the PertubationAnalyzer developed by Li. Together with Vincent le Guilloux, we cleaned up the code, reorganized it and adapted it for standalone heavy calculations.
Furthermore, the plugin can now disturb edges directly, which was not possible before.

Last, we hope to be able to provide as soon as possible methods that allow the detection of the optimal combination of perturbation sources for perturbing a target node or sub-network. This is currently under development and will be posted here as soon as it's working (without taking 4 life times to run a calculation ;)
