Project: My work is experimental, and is a complement or complemented by some group projects as a result of my partners' great computational work. Some examples:

- Allosteric regulation of HDAC8: how phosphorylation by PKA regulates HDAC8 activity, performing in-vitro experiments with wt and several mutants.
- Protein-protein interfaces: SPR analysis of CheA/CheY interface, and how their union behave when using some specific compounds.
- Fragment screening by MS: tracing reacted diazo/a-compounds along a protein.
