USERS

1.- Most important: Use common sense, and don't try to put rules into their limits. If something, regardless not specified, harms the environment, the equipment or the staff, it is strictly forbidden.  In case of doubt  ask us.
2.- Follow the general rules described in this document.
3.- The access into the clean room is forbidden to unregistered people. Accompained visitors need our aproval.
4.- Visitors are not allowed to carry out processes on their own.
5.- Fill the log book at the entrance. Visitors/student groups should place "Visitor /student group with ..." or similar, in order to distinguish them from unallowed people.
6.- The entrance log book registers the use of the equipment. If you don't fill it correctly, (name, hours and resources) we understand that the session was carried out until the next reservation or until the end of the day, and you will be charged accordingly. Take special care of this when using faccilities of other groups.
7.- Reservations expire after 15min. Then, other users can access the equipment.

8.- If, because of any reason beyond the user (failures of devices, etc.), a session could not be carried out, the user must inform us and specify it in the log book.

STUDENT GROUPS

1.- Student groups must always be registered and accompained by a teacher, who must be a registered clean room user. As a trained user, this teacher is responsible of keeping the behavior of the group within the laboratory rules.
2.- According with its definition, a student group may have up to 6 members. Larger groups put the processes of other users into risk and are strictly forbidden. Please plan sessions carefully and divide groups if needed.
3.- Sutent groups must be book the equipment in advance.
4.- Fill the log book in the following way, using one line for the teacher and the group:
