Based on the reviewed research proposals, people from our laboratory have access to the following supercomputers located in Barcelona area:

• MareNostrum at Barcelona Supercomputing Center
  JS21 Cluster with 10240 PPC 970MP, 2.3 GHz processors and Myrinet interconnection.
  As of November 2007, number 13 on Top500 Supercomputing Sites list.
• Numerous systems at Centre de Supercomputació de Catalunya, among them:
  SGI Altix 3700 Bx2 with 128 Itanium2, 1GHz processors.
  HP CP4000 with 16 nodes, each with 2 AMD Opteron 275 dual core processors.
