The campuses

The faculties and schools of the University of Barcelona are housed on six main campuses:

Humanities Campus

The Faculties of Mathematics and Philology are on the Plaça Universitat Campus, which is also home to the Rectorate.

The Faculty of Geography and History and the Faculty of Philosophy are now housed in the University’s new building in the Raval district.

Diagonal Campus Gateway to Knowledge

The following faculties and schools are housed on this campus:

  • Humanities and Social Sciences: the Faculty of Fine Arts.
  • Law, Economics and Social Sciences: the Faculties of Economics and Law and the University School of Business Studies.
  • Experimental Sciences: the Faculties of Physics, Chemistry, Geology and Biology.
  • Health Sciences: the Faculty of Pharmacy

Bellvitge Health Sciences Campus

Part of the Bellvitge Hospital, this campus houses the Faculty of Dentistry, the University School of Nursing and some of the departments of the Faculty of Medicine.
