In order to transform the education into driving force leading to change, it has to be conceived as a resource to the service of the education project. The teaching training has to be an advantage of the centre improvement and it has to become into a collective and management knowledge.
School's Educational Centre's Plan is a document which depicts the mid term planning of the educational needs, and the diagnosis and educational actions which allow improving people competences in order to reach the aims which are established by the centre. Therefore, it is a tool which will allow designing improvement strategies (methodological, organisational, managementů)
The assessment of the Educational Schools' Plan favours in taking decisions which are based on the analysis of the impact of the different education fields of the centre, learning or teaching staff acquired competences and their transference.
