The Supervisory Board is the network’s final decision-making body. It consists of representatives of all participants, including representatives of the partner organisations, and the Network Coordinator.

The day-to-day consortium management is in the hands of the Management Team, which is chaired by the Network Coordinator and further consists of a Consortium Manager and a Financial Administrator. The Management Team oversees the execution of the decisions made by the Supervisory Board and is the contact point with the European Commission and the partner organisations.

The Recruitment Committee is responsible for the recruiting procedures, and it recommends recruiting decisions to the Network Coordinator which are enacted subject to approval by the Supervisory Board.

The Gender Action and Ethics Committee advises the Supervisory Board, the Management Team and the Recruitment
Committee on gender and other ethical issues.

Seven work package-Coordinators are in charge of coordinating implementation of the research tasks.
