Enrolment for the Doctoral Program in Biomedicine

1. Application for admission in the Doctoral Program in Biomedicine

Candidates for admission in the Doctoral Program in Biomedicine must send an e-mail (annaalsina@ub.edu) with the following information:

• Name
• NIF/NIE/PASSPORT
• Title of degree or equivalent
• Master's program in which the candidate has extended the 60 ECTS (or equivalent)
• Name of the supervisor of his thesis. If it's not a teacher of the University of Barcelona (UB), candidate must find, moreover, a tutor of the UB (must be a teacher of the UB).
• Research area: consult the research areas of the Doctoral Program in Biomedicine

Once the e-mail is received, Student Services will send a e-mail with information about the admission procedure.

2. Enrolment for the Doctoral Program in Biomedicine

Enrolment procedure

Once obtained the acceptance, candidate can enrol for the Doctoral Program in Biomedicine. Admitted candidates must enrol in the Secretary's Office for Students and Teaching Staff of the Faculty that is linked to the supervisor of his thesis/tutor. Necessary enrolment documentation of the admitted candidates with foreign studies that are not officially recognized in Spain (only for candidates that haven't completed the master's credits in the University of Barcelona)

Admitted candidates with foreign studies that are not officially recognized in Spain should obtain authorization from the Rector to Study the Doctoral Degree in Biomedicine before enrolment.
