The first year of enrollment, the doctoral student must submit the Application for Admission of thesis project before april 30.

The application for admission must be filed in the general registry offices at the Universitat de Barcelona, formalized in the model we attach below, duly completed and signed, along with a copy of the "commitment document".

**Both documents must be lodged with the Register of The Faculty (or the General Register of UB), duly signed by the applicant himself, the thesis director and the guardian (if applicable).

The change in the thesis project shall follow the same approval process and communication.

MODIFICATIONS IN THESIS PROJECT:

Any modification in the thesis project must follow the same process that admision.

CHANGES IN THESIS DIRECTION/SUPERVISION:

Any change in thesis direction must be autorized by Commission of the Doctoral Study .
