In 1987 the Faculty of Philosophy begins to work, and the Department of Theoretical and Practical Philolosphy is created that same year.
In the Department we teach specific and deepened subjects about Bioethics, Ethics, Cosmology, Political Philosophy, Social Philosophy, Philosophy of the Nature, Metaphysics, Ontology, Gnoseology, Natural Theology, etc.
In the Department we are a twenty of professors. Every year we offer a main program of Doctorate, main subjets to the degree and some optative ones for the second cycle. We also published the Convivium review.
