How to get Barcelona's center from Barcelona's airport?
Barcelona's airport has two terminals (namely, T1 and T2). Regarding this fact, it is very important, if you come to Barcelona by plane, that you know in which terminal your flight is landing.
From terminal T1 to Barcelona's center
There are two options.
Option 1: when you leave the terminal, ask about the so-called Aerobus. It is a sort of bus which connects the T1 terminal with the center of the city. More information in the following link.
Option 2: when you leave the terminal, you may ask about the Barcelona Airport Taxi Service. You can find more information in the following link.

The previous options also work in this case. But it is worth noting that there is an additional one.

How to move through Barcelona during the meeting?
The easiest (and also the cheapest) way to move through Barcelona is by public transport; namely, metro, bus and tram. As you probably know, the main advantage of Barcelona's public transport turns out to be that it is an integrated transport system. That is, the same ticket can be used in all the forementioned transports. There are essentially three types of tickets which can be useful, regarding the length of the meeting.
Single ticket: it costs 2,15 euros and only allows one journey through either metro, bus, or tram.
T-10: it costs 10,30 euros and allows 10 journeys through the forementioned transports.
Hello Barcelona 3-days: it costs 20 euros and allows an unlimited number of journeys during three consecutive days after the first travel. Also available for 2, 4 or 5 days.
