The Alumni Wall team was present at the Graduation Ceremony for all master’s and postgraduate degrees of the Faculty of Economics and Business, which took place on July 12th, 2017 in the Aula Magna of the 696 Building. This action helped to increase the knowledge about this project among 220 new graduates and almost 300 friends, colleagues and relatives who also attended the event. These recent graduates have now become part of the larger alumni community of this centre, with over 50,000 people.
Many of them found in the Alumni Wall the perfect means to maintain ties with the Faculty of Economics and Business, supporting new generations of students so they have better opportunities. Apart from getting involved in tackling challenges facing the university they were once part of, those who make a donation of at least €130 will have a plaque placed on the Alumni Wall and a plaque mounted on a chair in the Ernest Lluch Graduation Hall if they make a donation of €530 or more.
The staff of the Alumni Wall project will also participate in the Graduation Ceremony for bachelor’s degree courses of the Faculty of Economics and Business, which include Business Administration and Management, International Business, Economics, Sociology and Statistics.
