Research in the Faculty of Philology is carried out by research institutes, research groups and the Departments. The Faculty Research Committee is responsible for defining, monitoring and assessing the Faculty’s main lines of research. The Oficina de Investigaciónprovides general information and is in charge of the financial and administrative management of projects.

Faculty Research Committee
The Research Comission (in Catalan) is appointed by the Faculty Board, and is chaired by the vice-dean for research. This body is in charge of defining, monitoring and assessing the Faculty’s main lines of research, amongst other tasks.
