The Faculty of Geology and the University of Barcelona aim to promote the interaction between the university and the business sector by providing a web resource for companies to recruit undergraduates and graduates in geology and geological engineering with professional profiles that can meet the challenges of our constantly changing labour world.

Companies and students alike can use this simple, automated resource to view the faculty’s Job mart pages and consult postings in such areas as candidate curricula, advertisements, autoselection and personnel selection, and new calls for company placements.

The UB’s careers advisory service FeinaUB also offers student and company services. In order to target their recruitment and placement calls more effectively, companies may consult the service's portal and view detailed information on Faculty course curricula and learning objectives for different cycles and degree levels, and may also post information about their own activities and participate in the various job fairs organized by the UB.
