Logic, Language and Cognition Research Group

I obtained my "Llicenciatura" (BA) in Biology in 1994 and in Philosophy in 2006, both at the Universitat de Barcelona. In september 2007 I obtained the master degree in Cognitive Science and Language.

I am currently following the Cognitive Science and Language PhD program, working on my PhD dissertation under the supervision of Manuel Pérez Otero. 

My main areas of interest are philosophy of biology, philosophy of science, philosophy of mind and epistemology. My main interests at the moment concern the use of teleological language in the life sciences and the notion of biological function.
