The full version of my name is Jędrzej Piotr Grodniewicz. However, since my first name is very difficult to pronounce and memorize for everyone except native Polish-speakers, I use it only in official documents.

I received my PhD in philosophy from the University of Barcelona (December 2020). My supervisors were Manuel García-Carpintero and Josep Macià, and my examiners were Sanford Goldberg, Peter J. Graham, and Josefa Toribio. Before joining the PhD program at LOGOS/University of Barcelona, I conducted a two-year research project in philosophy of language and mind funded by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education (2013-2015). Before that, I did my MA in analytic philosophy at the University of Barcelona (2013) and BA in philosophy at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (2012).
My research interests lie at the intersection of philosophy of mind, philosophy of psychology, epistemology, and philosophy of language.
Work in progress:
A paper about the representational states involved in linguistic understanding (Under review);
A paper about the filtering of testimony (Under review)
A paper about the fragmentation of belief and psychotherapy
