My primary research interest is (in)sincere communication, with a focus on the linguistic and epistemic responsibilities that we have qua speakers. More generally, I work in philosophy of communication (philosophical pragmatics), aesthetics (philosophy of literature/fiction), ethics (the nature of norms), social epistemology, and experimental philosophy.
