I am currently a research assistant at LOGOS research group. In June 2007, I completed my PhD in Philosophy at the University of Barcelona, under the supervision of M. García-Carpintero. Before that, I obtained my research masters degree (“DEA”) also at the

University of Barcelona, and my BA (“licenciatura”) at the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina).

 

 

Interests

My general interests are in metaphysics, philosophy of language and philosophy of mind. My PhD dissertation was about the issue of how ordinary objects persist and change over time, and my master thesis was about the notion of supervenience and some of its applications in metaphysics. I am particularly interested in the question of how certain philosophical claims about what there really is relate to ordinary assertions and beliefs that seem to have different ontological commitments.
