The group is composed of researchers and externals collaborators. We define it as a Fuzzy Set as each of its members may belong simultaneously to different work areas with varying degrees of involvement. Thus, funcionally, the group has four major working areas where widespread fields are generated. The above four axes are within the following research core areas:

  • Gender, change and group processes

  • Environmental intevention and management: personal, society and organizations

  • Organizations, Human resources and Human System Audit

  • Social well-being, felicity and social movements

The work developed in these lines of research allow, from a psychosocial perspective:

  • To contribute to social strategic sectors, as well-being, inclusion and social cohesion, environment management and development of human resources in organizations

  • To create synergies with companies and public administration, based on (targeted to) knowledge and innovation of common interest and on the development of application tools (for the mentioned fields) for management and services:

  • Deepen scientifically analysis of the following topics:

    • Social inclusion and exclusion. Symbolism of space. Development of personal and social identity. Control processes, manipulation and psychological violence. Suitability of space. Time as social value. The use of public space.

    • Promotion of well-being and quality of life. Perception and risk management. Analysis of subjetive well-being and felicity. Leisure, spare time and consume. Diagnostic and intervention in gender-based violence. Environmental and organizational risk when driving.

    • Environmental, organizational and Human Resource management Human System Audit. Analysis, evaluation and intervention of psychological and psychosocial processes in organizational and environmental context (leadership, motivation, training, communication, socio-professional prospects, conflict management, work-life balance, NIMBY effect, etc.)

    • Analysis, intervention and psychosocial evaluation in micro and macro context. Social representation of the globalisation. Promotion of environmental behaviour, responsible and individual commitment for sustainable development. Responsible consume.
