Dra. Eugènia Agustí

2005 - 2021

Professora lectora de la Secció de Gravat del Departament de Pintura. Amb la tesi «La geometria del color. Lectures des de l’abstracció» (2006) explora la reciprocitat entre el color i l’abstracció geomètrica. La confluència creativa d’ambdós contextos es trasllada al seu àmbit de recerca i docència, on a través dels sistemes d’impressió abarca produccions d’obra gràfica original de diversa índole. Desenvolupa processos d’estampació examinant com a través del desplegament de la imatge editable els nous sistemes tecnològics interactuen envers els tradicionals en una progressió alternant.


Dr. Carles Ameller

2010 - 2019

Professor titular del departament d'Arts Visuals i Disseny, especialitzat en cinema, vídeo i nous mitjans. Doctor en Belles Arts. Ha estat el creador i coordinador del Lab-Media<http://www.lab-media.net>  i de la Mediateca de Imatge  <http://www.ub.edu/mediatecaimatge> a la Facultat de Belles Arts de Barcelona . El 1977 va cofundar el primer col·lectiu de vídeo independent de l'Estat espanyol: Vídeo-Nou, que tres anys després es va constituir com el Servei de Vídeo Comunitari. El 1982 va crear, amb Manuel Huerga, el departament de vídeo de la Fundació Joan Miró. Investigador del grup de recerca consolidat IMARTE, Recerca en processos artístics i noves tecnologies (SGR1625). Investigador dels projectes de recerca I + D + I "Cossos connectats. Art i cartografies identitàries en la societat transmedia "," MetaMètode II: Metodologies compartides en processos d'investigació i noves pràctiques artístiques "," MetaMètode: Metodologies compartides i processos artístics en la societat del coneixement ". Investigador principal del projecte "ON Riu Llobregat". Coordinador del projecte d'innovació docent "L'arxiu audiovisual com a activitat docent innovadora". Ha publicat: Introducció a la tecnologia del vídeo, Publicacions de la Universitat de Barcelona, ​​1982; Catàleg de la producció videogràfica a Catalunya 1970-1985, Departament de Cultura de la Generalitat de Catalunya, 1986; El vídeo de creació, 1960-1984, (tesi doctoral), 1989. Ha publicat diversos articles en llibres, catàlegs i revistes i presentat ponències en congressos. Ha estat membre del jurat de diversos concursos i festivals de vídeo nacionals i internacionals. Dra. Laura Baigorri

2000 - 2019

Professora Titular especialista en Art i Nous Mitjans a la Facultat de Belles Arts de la Universitat de Barcelona (des de 1993). Vicedegana de Recerca, Doctorats i Postgraus des 2016. Directora del Departament de Disseny i Imatge (2012-2016).
Combina la seva experiència docent i investigadora amb la crítica, la curadoria i la realització de diversos projectes per a l'entorn web. Ha organitzat nombrosos seminaris i exposicions sobre art i nous mitjans. Entre els seus comissariats d'exposicions destaquen CTRL + [SELF]: Intimacy, Extimacy and Control in the Age of the Self 's Overexposure (2016), a Studio XX de Mont-real; Multiverso I (2016) i Multivers II (2017-2018) i Multivers III (2018-2019) a la Fundació BBVA de Madrid; Trencant les regles: joc i desafiament ètic en l'art (2015) el Centre Nacional de les Arts de Mèxic DF .; Homo Ludens Ludens (2008), a Laboral Centre d'Art i Creació Industrial de Gijón (31 artistes internacionals), i la mostra Videoarde. Vídeo crític a Llatinoamèrica i Carib (32 artistes internacionals), afavorit per la Xarxa de Centres Culturals d'AECID i Institut Cervantes, que ha circulat per diverses ciutats del món (2009: Mèxic, Montevideo, Quito, Guayaquil, Buenos Aires, Còrdova i Rosario ; 2010: Manizales, Lima, Cusco, Assumpció, Managua i Miami; 2011: Atenes, Istanbul i Casablanca. 2012: Rio de Janeiro; 2015: l'Havana i Camagüey).
Monogràfic Multiverso I i Multiverso II a Metròpolis RTVE (2016) i Monogràfic Carta blanca a comissaris en el programa Metròpolis de RTVE sobre VIDEOARDE (28/10/2012).
Ha publicat articles i assaigs sobre art i activisme a la xarxa, vídeo i game.art, i els llibres: Vídeo a Llatinoamèrica. Una història crítica (AECID i Brumaria, 2008), Net.art. Pràctiques estètiques i polítiques a la Xarxa, (amb Lourdes Cilleruelo, Edicions UB i Brumaria, 2006) i Vídeo. Primera etapa: El vídeo en el context social i artístic dels anys 60/70 (Brumaria, 2004), que va rebre el Premi a la Creació i Crítica d'Art en 2005, de la Fundació Espais de Girona. Dra. Lali Barrière

2019 - 2021

Lali Barrière és doctora en Matemàtiques (UPC, 1999), professora i investigadora a la Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Des de 1993 investiga en teoria de grafs i algorismes de comunicació. Des de fa uns anys la seva recerca s'ha dirigit cap a temàtiques relacionades amb la creació i les aplicacions de les matemàtiques i la programació a l'art, interès que també s'ha vist reflexat en la seva activitat docent: a més de matemàtiques ensenya programació creativa al Grau de Multimèdia del Centre de la Imatge i la Tecnologia Multimèdia (UPC, Terrassa) i al Màster en Innovació Audiovisual i Entorns Interactius a l'escola BAU (Barcelona). Compagina la recerca i la docència a la Universitat amb projectes d'art digital, projectes musicals i docència fora de la Universitat.


Jordi Bielsa

2005 - 2018

Professor associat de la Universitat de Barcelona. La meva formació comprèn la recerca acadèmica, la pràctica artística i l'ofici d'impressor. Procuro integrar aquestes tres activitats. M'interessa especialment com la reproducció interfereix en el significat i la difusió de l'art, assumint que la reproducció en si és un procés creatiu. Treball gravat, pintura, vídeo i col·leccions d'imatges provinents tant de la impressió massiva del segle XIX com d'internet.


Dra. Teresa Blanch

2010 - 2016

Professora Titular del Departament de Pintura de la Facultat de Belles Arts, Universitat de Barcelona. Combina la seva experiència docent amb la investigació, el comissariat i la Història de l’ art. Teoritza sobre metodologies  de treball dins l’ àmbit multimèdia internacional, en assajos que es deriven de projectes artístics comissariats per l’ autora:  “Los Excesos de la Mente”- Centro Andaluz de Arte Contemporáneo ,  Sevilla (2001), “Límits de la Percepció”-Fundació Joan Miró, Barcelona ( 2002), “Lost Sites”- Centro Huarte de Arte Contemporáneo, Pamplona ( 2012). Realitza també prospeccions individuals d´artistes estatals i estrangers, investigant sobre els seus processos interdisciplinars en assajos d´exposicions que ha comissariat,  editats pel MNCARS - Madrid / Magasin – Grenoble (1992), Museum Moderne Kunst S.L.- Viena,  (1997), MACBA-Barcelona ( 1999), Fdació. Gulbenkian-Lisboa(2004), Centre Tecla Sala- L´Hospitalet (2005), Artium-Vitoria (2006) Museo Nacional de BBAA- Santiago de Xile (2012).   Ha participat i impulsat Seminaris, Postgraus i Simpòsiums a la UB,  UPV-València, Arrabida - Portugal, UCL-Cuenca. Ha organitzat Workshops internacionals a Columbus-Ohio (Ohio Arts Council, U.S.A., 1991), “Dobles Vides” ( 15 Museus Històrics de Barcelona- ICUB, 1999), i ha estat responsable del Projecte de “Workshops internacionals” , línia ACI -Máster Oficial “ProdArt” UB (finançat per la Fd. Caixa Girona,2008 – 2011). Des de 2010 és membre del Comité Editorial de la Revista “Cuadernos de Arte”, de la Universitat Catòlica de Santiago de Xile, que es dedica a analitzar encreuaments territorials.


Dr. Pilar Bonet

2010

Art historian and critic, professor of theory and history of contemporary art and design (UB, ESDI-URL, ELISAVA-UPF, IL3-UB).She teaches undergraduate and master's degrees and seminars on the practice and history of contemporary art and design, culture urban, art criticism and curating, feminist theory, artist editions and the creativity of women mediums and visionaries of early 20th century. Since 2011 she has been working on the new readings on the visionary creativity of European women of the first half of the century XX, linked to mediumship and healing. She has participated in numerous activities related to the study on the gender stereotypes in museums, the production of women in the historical vanguards, the review of the historiographical narrative, the sexist nature of history, debates on gender and the forms of critical production in the domestic territory and laborcraft. As a public art critic in different media, she is interested in current international artistic production and the political turns of art. Member of the Catalan Association of Art Critics, ACCA, and AICA International. She gives lectures and participates in round tables on contemporary art, creativity and gender, museums and gender, artistic production processes, art and historical memory etc. Member of the management team of the Can Xalant Contemporary Thought and Production Center (Mataró), director of the Arts Coming, member of the ACM Association and president of the Josefa Tolrà Association (1880-1959).


Luz Broto

2007 - 2013

(Barcelona 1982). Degree in Fine Art, Universitat de Barcelona. Finished her studies with an Erasmus scholarship at the Universität der Künste, Berlin, in 2004-05. Back in Barcelona, she is awarded the Guash Coranty Grant for the production of the project Still Life. At the same time, she begins the doctorate programme Art in the Digital Era. Intermediate Creation, at the Universidad de Barcelona, where she receives a pre-doctoral grant to train as a researcher. Since then she initiates a line of research on the study and experimentation of the event inside and out of the exhibition space, developing a series of specific projects in different contexts: ensayo_02, in Madrid.06/arte, Comunidad de Madrid; right cube_01, in Interpúbliques, Experimentem amb l'art, Barcelona; ensayo_04, in Exposició nº2, Sala d'Art Jove de la Generalitat, Barcelona; ensayo_06, in Interferències, Institut de Cultura de Terrassa; R=F/M/I, in La Capella de Sant Corneli, Museu Arxiu Tomàs Balvey de Cardedeu. Joana Burd

Joana Blochtein Burd, Porto Alegre, Brazil, 1991. Visual artist, teacher and researcher of new media art, she explores the possibilities of interaction and tactility in sculptures and sound installations. Graduated in Visual Arts and Master in Visual Poetics (UFRGS, Brazil), she is currently doing her doctoral thesis in the Advanced Studies on Artistic Productions program at the University of Barcelona with a focus on Haptic Aesthetics. Doctora en Belles arts per la Universitat de Barcelona: Estudis Avançats en Produccions Artístiques. Especialitzada en obra gràfica i nous mitjans. Màster europeu PA&R (Printmaking, Art and Research). Llicenciada en Belles arts (UB).El seu treball s'orienta entorn de la hibridació, la versemblança i la ficció com a dispositius performatius que soscaven els règims visuals, en l'actual context cultural global. Ha desenvolupat diversos projectes, rebudes beques i participat en exposicions individuals i col·lectives en centres i institucions d'àmbit nacional i internacional: Fundació Joan Miró a Mallorca, És Baluard, CASM, La Capella (BCN Producció), CACT (Tesalonica), Tallin Print Triennial (Estònia), SHIFT space (Xangai) MNAC, IVAM.


Dr.David Casacuberta

David Casacuberta is a philosophy of science professor in the Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona (Spain). His current research line is about the social and cognitive impacts of ICT and has published several books, book chapters and papers on the subject, both in paper and electronic format.
He is also teaching in serveral master degrees: One of Culture Managament within the Universidad of Barcelona, one on contemporary art theory in partnership between the Miró Foundation and the Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona as well as a master on Cultural Community Development in partnership between the city of Granollers and the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona.

Dra. Mercè Casanovas

2000 - 2021

M.Mercè Casanovas is a full professor of the Section of Engraving in the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Barcelona. Her lines of research are lithography, photolithography, digital printing and every that related with the artist book. She has imparted courses of these disciplines in England, Switzerland and Argentina. At present she is carrying out a research about the digital printing in different rigid and soft supports with the collaboration of the EGM company of Barcelona. In 2009 these results will be showed in an art gallery. From 1998 she is part of the group 13 L with which she carries out and she edits artist’s books and with whom she has set forth in and out of Catalonia.

Artista. Professora associada del Dept. d'Arts Visuals i Disseny de la UB. Doctora en Belles Arts, EEES Estudis Avançats en Produccions Artístiques. Màster en Produccions i Investigació (UB). Llicenciada en Belles Arts (UB). Graduat superior en arts aplicades a l' escultura (Escola Massana). Professora del Grau de Disseny i Coordinadora del Màster Universitari en Investigació i Experimentació en Disseny de Bau Centre Universitari de Disseny de Barcelona. Com a artista ha exposat a centres nacionals i estrangers com MACBA, MUSAC, Fundación Joan Miró, Fundación Antoni Tàpies, Museum of Contemporary Art of Vojvodina MSUV Novi Sad o Laznia Centre for Contemporary Art in Gdansk, Poland.


Dra. Antònia Coll

Artist and doctor of Fine Arts from the UB. Professor of the Department of Visual Arts and Design, Section of Contemporary Art Productions, Facultat de Belles Arts UB. She participates in several research projects and is director of the Teaching Innovation Group RELAT. Construcció del Relat in l’Art Contemporani. Academic secretary of the AVD Department 2016-20 period.
Visiting professor at Accademia di Belle Arti and the Ca Foscari University of Venice (2014), Krakowska Akademia IM AFM of Krakow (2015), Accademia di Belle Arti of Naples (2017), Faculty of Fine Arts of Lisbon (2018), Accademia di Belle Arti of Palermo (2020).
Author of publications on art, publications in collaboration between literature and image, individual and collective exhibitions, work in public and private collections and organizer of many activities of dissemination of contemporary art.
His artistic interests and researchers focus on feminist artistic practices and on the geopolitical relations and dynamics of insularity.


Mireia Feliu

2020

Mireia Feliu Fabra is a multimedia artist. She received her PhD in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona (UB). She is an accredited Lecturer by the University Quality Agency (AQU). She has an MFA in Computer Art from the SVA School of Visual Arts in New York, and a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona, with further studies at Leeds Metropolitan University. She has been Adjunct Professor at Pace University as well as Thesis Advisor at the MFA Computer Art Program at the School of Visual Arts, both in New York. She is currently an Associate Professor at the Visual Arts and Design Department at the UB. She is also Professor as well as the Coordinator of the Projects Area of the Degree in Design at BAU, University Design Center of Barcelona (Vic University), as well as a lecturer in the Master’s Degree in Research and Experimentation in Design at the same center.

As an artist, Mireia Feliu Fabra has exhibited both nationally and internationally. She has received several awards such as: ”la Caixa” Foundation Scholarship, Peggy Guggenheim Collection Internship, Diapason Gallery Residency (NY), New York Foundation for the Arts Fellowship, Spaces for Creativity Award (Girona), Scholarship for the Travel of Artists by the Institut Ramon Llull, among others.


Dra. Elena Fraj

2023

PhD assistant professor in the Department of Visual Arts and Design of the Faculty of Fine Arts (Universitat de Barcelona). Bachelor of Fine Arts (UB 2001), PhD in Audiovisual Communication (UAB 2015) with the thesis Políticas del Fake: la ficción mediática como modo de resistencia y emancipación. She works in the field of visual studies in relation to activist art, media culture, humor, and representations of gender and class. Member of pioneering activist art projects in Spain such as Yomango or Enmedio, she is currently part of the platform Rodillo. Project IP Discursive visualizations of responses to gender violence in the Spanish media (UB, Áreas Emergentes de la UB, 2022-2023). How the curator makes the exhibition La violencia machista como tema en el arte contemporáneo del estado español, (Sala Juana francés, Zaragoza, 2018). She participates in the project Historias del Punto (2018-actualidad), Fundación Tecnocampus, an interactive archive that collects the memory of working women in the textile manufacturing sector. As an audiovisual producer and editor, she has received various commissions, among others from the ICUB Barcelona City Council. He has received the DPZ Scholarship (2008), the DPZ Plastic Arts Scholarship (2004) or the Fundació Espais d'Art Contemporani de Girona (2006) for his audiovisual work Mèmoires de unas serveuses. Mònica Febrer Martín

2003 - 2009

Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona having completed the biennium doctoral "Arte en la Era Digital" 2006-2007. Currently working on her Phd. Her artistic work questions the use of artefacts, often appropriated to question the contemporary individual.
Some of her most recent works have been "El Globo", "L'Abocador", "Temptejos", "L'Infant Golem", "Desir" or "Les Demoiselles d'Avignon", which have been exhibited in different art institutions such as The festival LOOP (2007), France, Lithuania, Austria, Italy, and Portugal, within the project targeted young Europeans from the Centre de Cultura Metropolità Tecla Sala de l'Hospitalet (2007), as in various galleries and exhibition areas including the Gallery Senda, Fundación Privada para el Desarrollo del Arte Contemporáneo (2007), the Space of Creation OFF* AMPLE (2008) or the exhibition space Movistar (2008).


Dr. Salvador Juanpere

2013 - 2019

Artist and Doctor of Fine Arts. Tenure-track 2 Lecturer of the Department of Visual Arts and Design of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Barcelona. He teached in the Official Master Degree PRODART. His sculptural work is oriented towards an explicit procedural, instrumental and referential reflection of the work of the sculptor. Sculptures, pedestals, anvils, pallets, tools or materials such as stones and metals become poeticized objects, and often, reworked with noble materials. His work has a strong conceptual content accompanied by a meticulous material execution. Since 1980 he has made forty solo exhibitions, numerous group exhibitions, has public works in Catalonia, South Korea and Finland and works in various private collections and public museums such as La Caixa Foundation and MACBA.


Josefina López

2007 - 2013

She graduated in Fine Arts at the University of Barcelona. She began a postgraduate course in Technologies of Postproduction at the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña -UPC- Center for Image and Technology Multimedia (CITM). She then completed her studies with a postgraduate qualification in Pensar la Vanguardia and finalized the master’s program Pensar l'art d’avui and also obtained a master degree in Philosophy Filosofía Contemporánea: Tendencias y debates, from a cognitive perspective. All of this formation was at the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona -UAB. In this same line she has participated in many academic seminaries, workshops and courses related with art, science and technology.
Some of her works was displayed at the Espai d’Arts in Granollers, Barcelona Mitomanies/en construcción, as a work of net art; at the Center of Contemporary Art, Arteleku, in San Sebastian with Thenetdreams as a work of net art; at the Festival of Maçanet with Avia explica'm un conte, installation art. She presented a photo exhibition for TV3 and Channel 33, Silence beyond Pain; Another photo exhibition, La mirada sin retorno, was held at Atendis, a private foundation for the mentally disabled; her short movie, Underground, was exhibited in the Assembly Hall of the University of Fine Arts. She also presented a video installation project DesdoblandoEsquizofrenia in the three-year period prior to the defence of her doctoral thesis.


Alejandra López Gabrielidis

2016 - 2019

Licenciada en Filosofia especialitzada en art i tecnologies digitals, actualment està realitzant la seva tesi doctoral sobre les noves modalitats de corporealitat que sorgeixen en relació amb el fenomen de la datificació, en cotutela entre la Universitat de Barcelona i la universitat francesa Université Rennes 2. El seu interès se centra, sobretot, a analitzar les relacions que es teixeixen entre l’objecte tècnic i el cos des d’un paradigma d’agencialitat distribuïda. Aborda aquests temes combinant la teoria i la filosofia amb la crítica i l’experimentació artística. Actualment treballa com a investigadora en formació a temps complet en el projecte IN>TRA. La pràctica artística col·laborativa com a model d’experiència: Noves formes i prototips en els processos de recerca, dirigit per IMARTE, Grup de Recerca, Art, Ciència i Tecnologia, a la Facultat de Belles Arts de la Universitat de Barcelona. Recentment ha realitzat la traducció del llibre de Franco “Bifo” Berardi Fenomenología del Fin. Sensibilidad y mutación connectiva per a la col·lecció “Futuros Próximos” de la Editorial Caja Negra.

Dr. Javier Lozano

2016 - 2021

Fco. Javier Lozano Vilardell es profesor titular de escultura del Departamento de Artes Visuales y Diseño de la Facultad de Bellas Artes de la Universidad de Barcelona. Su actividad investigadora y artística es pluridisciplinar, continuando su actividad pictórica de manera paralela a la escultórica. Desarrolla una importante actividad investigadora dentro del campo de la escultura, en concreto en la realización de réplicas de patrimonio tridimensional utilizando nuevas tecnologías habiendo desarrollado proyectos para museos como el Frederic Marés, el Museo Nacional de arte de Cataluña, Museo Episcopal de Vic y Museu de l´Urgell Tàrrega, actividad que combina con la creación artística.


Dr. Vitor Magalhaes

Artista y professor titular de la Facultad de Artes y Humanidades de la Universidad de Madeira. Doctorado en Estética y Teoría del Arte/Comunicación Audiovisual en la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Facultad de Bellas Artes de Cuenca. Autor del libro Poéticas de la Interrupción (Madrid, Trama Editorial, 2008), Premio Escritos sobre Arte 2007, Fundación Arte y Derecho.
Temáticas y metodologías que atraviesan el desarrollo de sus proyectos artísticos y de su investigación: los procesos de memoria vinculados a una metodología cuasi arqueológica y critica de los modos de representación; la voz-tiempo como práctica interruptora de los lenguajes; los dispositivos transnarrativos de la imagen; las relaciones paradojales entre imagen y texto; o la praxis conceptual diagramática en el arte contemporáneo.

Dr. Diego Marchante

2019

Diego Marchante “Genderhacker” (Pamplona, 1984). Transfeminist activist, transmedia artist and lecturer. Doctor of Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona, since 2008 he works as a professor of Audiovisuals and Gender Studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Barcelona. In 2011 he published Archivo T. A transfeminist and queer archive (http://archivo-t.net), an archive of social movements and artistic practices that have addressed gender issues in the Spanish context from a queer and transfeminist perspective. Dra. Eva Marín

2019-2021

Eva Marín is an artist, researcher, and educator. Her work explores the processes of resistance in front of the archetypal conception of landscape related with the ideas of nation and economic progress. She works about ​​the periphery as a place of ecological destruction and explores how their inhabitants try to recuperate a sense of nature in it. She holds a Ph.D. in Fine Arts by the University of Barcelona, 2017. Her thesis “The institutionalized landscape versus the invisible landscape: a critical approach through artistic practice” has been awarded with a Doctorate Extraordinary Mention by the University of Barcelona. During her professional career she has worked at the sphere of the cultural management, and at the present she teaches as an associate lecturer in the Visual Arts and Design Department of the Fine Arts Faculty at the University of Barcelona. She also coordinated the International Symposium Invisible Topographies at the University of Barcelona and the publication resultant of it in 2016. She has been a resident artist in the Can Xalant, Centre for the Creation of Visual Arts and Contemporary Knowledge in Mataró.. Her work has been shown in galleries such Senda in Barcelona and institutions as Can Palauet or Arts Santa Mònica in Barcelona. She is a political activist and has been involved in an environmental and feminist party since her youth. She also has an MA in Arts Education by the University of Barcelona, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management of Museums and Heritage Centers by the University of Girona.

Dr. Enrique Martínez Leal

2013 - 2019

Dr. Enrique Martínez Leal va néixer a Brasil, va estudiar i va treballar en diferents estudis d'impressió en els EUA. Fins al mes de juny de 2'14 va treballar com a professor associat d'Introducció a la impressió en la Facultat de Belles arts de la Universitat de Castella-la Manxa, Conca, Espanya. Des de llavors ha treballat com a professor assistent en Print Media, Departament d'Art, al Centre d'Arts Visuals Baskin de Califòrnia, EUA.
Llicenciat a la Universitat Politècnica de València, va obtenir un Màster en Belles arts i es va doctorar (tési: Procés i rèplica en Jasper Jones) per la Universitat de Castella-la Manxa en 2001. Anteriorment al seu nomenament en la UCLM, va ser editor d'impressions per a importants artistes tant a Espanya com a EUA. El seu treball es dt. mostrat en nombroses exposicions col·lectives i individuals a Brasil, Espanya i EUA, i pot trobar-se en col·leccions públiques i privades d'aquests mateixos països. Ha rebut també importants beques de l'Institut de Cultura Iberoamericana (1976 i 1981) i l'Acadèmia d'Espanya a Roma (2002 Prix de Rome).


Dra. Jo Milne

2019-2021

Jo Milne is an artist and researcher, who graduated with an MA in Fine Art from Edinburgh College of Art and Edinburgh University and was awarded an MA in Printmaking from The London Institute (Camberwell College of Art). She was awarded a PhD in Fine Art in 2016 from the University of Barcelona for her thesis “Invisible Structures” that considered methodologies used by scientists, artists and visionaries to visualize the invisible. This research involved collaborations with programmers and scientists at CitiLab (Cornella), the VHIR, Barcelona and the Chemistry Department of the University of Barcelona.
A lecturer at EINA for many years, she has taught course modules in Colour, Printmaking, Graphic Creation and Projects and is currently in charge of International Relations. She has also been a lecturer at Winchester School of Art (Barcelona), Trinity College (Hartford/Barcelona), Metafora (Barcelona), Europaïsche Kunstakademie (Trier), University of Creative Arts (Canterbury), and Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art (University of Dundee) and was director of the MA in European Fine Art at Winchester School of Art. She has undertaken residencies at the Irish Museum of Modern Art (Dublin), the Museu d’Art de Sabadell (Sabadell) and PATH (London) and did a teaching exchange at Massachusetts School of Art (Boston).
Research interests. Invisible Structures - Looking at methodologies used to visualise the invisible, her research considers possible models to interpret genomic structures and cosmological paradigms. The Artist’s Book and Expanded Print. This line of research focusses on the role of artist’s books as catalysts and tools for dialogue, questioning the format of the book structure and the role of serial imagery within print.

Dra. Esther Moñivas

2016 - 2022

Lecturer in the Department of Painting and Conservation-Restoration at the Complutense University of Madrid. She holds a Ph.D. in History of Art from the Complutense University of Madrid and she has been accredited by the National Quality Assessment and Accreditation Agency of Spain as a “Profesora Titular”. She received both a a 5-year-Degree in History of Art from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage (ESCRBC of Madrid).  She has received grants from the Spanish National Credit Institute (ICO) and the Fundación Especial Caja Madrid for postgraduate studies and researchBetween 2013 and 2018 she has been Lecturer at Universidad Internacional de la Rioja, Centro Universitario de Tecnología y Arte Digital (U-TAD) (2018-2019), and Nebrija University in the fields of Aesthetics and Art History (2013-2018), where has led the Cross-Sectional Surveys in Contemporary Artistic Creation (ETCC) Research Group. As professional she has worked in the fields of conservation-restoration of artworks, exhibition curatorship and museums education, both in private and public institutions. She was Guest Researcher in international projects at the CSIC Institute of Philosophy (2012-2015) and at the Universität für Angewandte Kunst Wien (2013-2016). Since 2016 she has been part of the consolidated research group IMARTE. Her research deals with the relationship between art, science and technology, analyzing the operative-imaginative dimension of new media and materials. She studies  the processes of current artistic practices from transdisciplinary methodologies and develops theoretical-practical research from the perspective of New Materialisms and Critical Heritage Studies.

Dra. Montserrat Morcate

2021

Montse Morcate (Doctor of Fine Arts at the University of Barcelona) is a senior lecturer at the Department of Visual Arts and Design (Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Barcelona). Her research focuses on the representation of death, illness and grief, both from the field of contemporary art and from visual anthropology. She has participated in numerous national and international conferences and seminars and has published articles and chapters on these topics (Routledge, Palgrave MacMilan, among others, as well as co-editing the book “La imagen desvelada: prácticas fotográficas en la enfermedad, la muerte y el duelo (“The unveiled image: photographic practices in illness, death and mourning) (2019). She is currently a researcher in the project Visibilizando el dolor: narrativas visuales de la enfermedad y storytelling” "(Making pain visible: visual narratives of disease and storytelling") (Ministry of science, innovation and universities) "and co-PI of the project “Ética de las imágenes de la enfermedad, la muerte y el duelo en tiempos del COVID-19” ("Ethics of images of disease, death and grief in times of COVID-19”), (Fundació Grífols, 2020). She was educated at the Faculty of Fine Arts (UB) and completing her studies in visual arts at Massachusetts School of Art - MIT (USA) and Notthingham Trent University (UK), among others, and in recent years she has carried out various postdoctoral research stays, such as at the Anthropology Department, Columbia University (New York), the Morbid Anatomy Museum (New York), the Department of the History of Science (CSIC) and the CED MACBA, in which she has continued her line of work deepening in other parallel topics such as scientific collections or digital humanities. At the same time, she develops and exhibits her own art work, whose projects are in tune with her field of research.  


Dr. Jordi Morell

2019 - 2021

Artist and doctor at Fine arts. Teacher associated at the Department of Visual Arts and Design of the University of Barcelona. It coordinates since the 2011 the consolidate group of educational innovation “Art. Professió i Docència”.
It has taken part of the artistic project project "Site, memory and salicornia” (2015-2018), collaboration linked to the European project LIFE Pletera, which tracked the desurbanization and subsequent ecological restoration of some marshes in L'Estartit (Costa Brava). On the other hand, since 2014, he has been working on several works/essays taking the point of estrangement caused by the findings of the WW2 bombs in different parts of Europe today. The last exhibition of this line is "A patio, a blackbird and a piece of scrap metal” (Cultural Rizoma, Celrà, 2019).
It has published articles at the magazines: :Estúdio (Faculdade of Belas-Artes, Universidade de Lisboa), BR::AC, and collaborates at "Aurora. Papeles del Seminario Maria Zambrano" (Faculty of Philosophy, University of Barcelona) with artistic contributions since the 2007.


Laia Moretó

2020-2024

An artist with a degree in Fine Arts and a master’s in Production and Artistic Research from the University of Barcelona. A predoctoral researcher with FPU funding in the Image and Design Line of Research. She has held numerous exhibitions and has collaborated with several curatorships and artistic events, with contexts and associations such as La Virreina, Arts Santa Mònica, Drap Art (CCCB), Fundación ArtexArte and art galleries (Via 2, El QuadernRobat, Kowasa, Àngels -Espai 2-). She has been an invited artist at stays organised by the UNESCO in Tunisia, by the Casa/Estudio B'atz in Córdoba, Argentina and the Roca Umbert Fàbrica de les Arts, in collaboration with VU, Canada.

Her current research deals with the possibilities offered by artistic creation in the prison context.


Dra. Marta Negre

2000 - 2021

Marta Negre (Santa Coloma de Farners, 1973) is graduated and doctor in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona (2001).
She has been awarded a research grant by the same faculty’s Painting Department during the years 2002 to 2005. Now she is a Professor Lector of the same department and also she is the coordinator of art activities of the Guasch-Coranty Fundation.
She had been doing research at the École Supérieur des Beaux Arts of Paris (2002) and the department of Arts Plàstiques of the University of Rennes 2 Haute Bretagne (2004).
She has taken part in several exhibitions in galleries and spaces in Barcelona, including Galeria Senda-Espai 292, Galeria T4, Galeria ADN and the Barcelona Urban Property Chamber, where she presented the series PROJECCIONS IV as part of the Photographic Spring. She has also participated in various contemporary art shows, such as Sinergies Art-Disseny and the itinerant show Transart IV in the city of Imatra, Finland, Los géneros: Històrias Diferidas, curated by Teresa Blanch and organised by the Caja Madrid Social Fund at the Sala Alcalá 31 in Madrid. Her recent solo exhibitions are: Quell’ombra esser vorrei at the Sales municapsl d’exposicions in Girona and Natural at Galeria Sis in Sabadell.


Dr. Oscar Padilla

2016 - 2021

Professor Lector del Departament d'Arts Visuals i Disseny de la Facultat de Belles de la Universitat de Barcelona. Combina la docència amb la producció artística. Ha realitzat exposicions de caràcter nacional i internacional, com l'exposició WAIT a la Galeria Balaguer de Barcelona o l'exposició Ni Temps Ni Geografia a l'Institut d'Estudis Catalans de París, també ha rebut diversos premis com la selecció pel Premi Internacional de Pintura Guasch Coranty. Ha sigut membre de diversos Grups de Recerca consolidats com el BRAC: Barcelona, Recerca, Art i Creació. Actualment és membre del grup IN>TRA La práctica Artística Colaborativa Como Modelo de Experiencia: Nuevas Formas y Prototipos en los Procesos de Investigación. En els últims anys la seva línia d'investigació s'ha centrat en l'anàlisi de la influència que tenen els nous ritmes temporals provocats per la digitalització sobre els ritmes biològics.


Fina Padrós

Fina Padrós Vivet (Vic, 1968) is graduate in fine arts at the Belles Arts faculty in Barcelona (2001), she has studied the doctoral biennium (2001-2003) Art en l’era digital, Afinitat i Especificitat, in the same university. In 2003 she obtained the Diploma d’Estudis Avançats (DEA). She has had a research and teach grant at the Painting Department on the BBAA faculty (UB). At the current time she is teaching at the same university and combining it with the realization of her doctoral thesis about the basic notions in her artistic creation around the temporality concepts like a tool.
She was at the research center: New York Public Library in Nova York and another museums in the same city (2005).
She has realized the following individual exhibitions: Can Xerracan in Montornès del Vallès, Mas Vilarmau in Viladrau. As well, she has showed her works of art in various contemporary art exhibitions played in art galleries and another art spaces in Barcelona, like: Espai Volart, Universitat Autonoma in Barcelona, the Escola d’Art i Superior in Vic, and the Cultural center Montehermoso Kulturunea in Vitoria. She has participated too in another contemporary art exhibitions like the Art Contemporani Català, the Honda prize, and the Centelles prize. As well she has realized some art work shops at the QUAM under the direction of Montse Badia, Jacob Fabricius, Marti Peran and Perejaume.


Dra. Pilar Palomer

Professor of the Department of Painting is a Doctor of Arts and Bachelor of Philosophy and H. Art by the UB. It develops educational and creative activity in the field of contemporary art in different contexts and formats exhibition. Has participated in seminars and Graduate courses, Masters, and Ph. D. Studies. specializes in Intermedia artistic projects, coordinates exhibitions to disseminate the work for emerging artists and directs doctoral thesis. Currently coordinates the Master Official European artistic production and research. His artistic production has been present in international exhibitions and biennials in Venice (Biennale), Austria (Museums of Graz and Linz), Germany (Dusseldorf, Cologne, Bonn) England (London and Edinburgh), USA (NY, N. Jersey) Japan (Kyoto), France (Paris) Sweden (Malmoe, Stockholm) and nationals in Barcelona, Gerona, Madrid, Valencia, Bilbao and Seville. Has published several studies on visual poetry. It has recently intervened in the publication "Joan Brossa, reality and its metaphors" La Laguna (June 2008).


Dr. Ramón Parramón

2019 - 2021

Artist, researcher and cultural promoter. Associate Lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Universitat de Barcelona (2018-). Phd in Fine Arts (University of Vigo), Master Degree in Design and Communication (UPF). Director and founder of Idensitat (1999-), a collective project where he is making his research practice as artist and cultural promoter. Deputy Director of EINA Center for Design and Art attached to the UAB (2019-). He has been director of ACVIC, Center for Contemporary Arts (2010-2018), and Head of Master's and Postgraduate Degrees at Elisava (UPF) (2000-2010).
His research work is defined by the intersection of artistic practices, social space, and the complexity of collective processes. In this field of research he has curated several exhibitions, participated as lecturer and coordinator in a few seminars, workshops and debate forums about art and social space, as well as he has published several articles and coordinated some publications. He has participated as coordinator and researcher in European projects (Creative Europe). Occasionally he teaches in different masters and postgraduate courses.


Dra. Cristina Pastó

Cristina Pastó és Doctora en Belles Arts i professora agregada de la secció de gravat de la Facultat de Belles Arts de Barcelona. Alterna la pròpia activitat artística amb la docència. Les seves indagacions giren entorn del gravat i la impressió, dels seus processos i fronteres. Actualment, treballa en projectes on incorpora nous mitjans, explorant un territori de fusió de tècniques i materials on dialoguen art, naturalesa i tecnologia. Com a professora invitada ha impartit cursos a les Facultats de Belles Arts de Limoges-Aubusson, Toulouse, Tessalònica o Cracòvia i ha realitzat estades d’investigació a França i Japó. Membre dels grups d’investigació Metamètode: Metodologies compartides i processos artístics en la societat del coneixement I i II (I+D+i) ha col·laborat en projectes de co-creació juntament amb La Mandarina de Newton. Actualment forma part del grup d’investigació Matèria Impresa: de la virtualitat digital a la materialitat tridimensional en la investigació artística (HARD2012- 39378-CO3-02 Ministeri de Ciència i Innovació ( I+D+i) 2015-2018. Des de 1990 ha participat en diverses exposicions individuals i col·lectives al nostre país i a l’estranger. A partir de 1996 és membre del grup 13L, llibres d’artista i publica llibres d’artista, participant en diferents Fires especialitzades a Europa i als EUA.


Mercedes Pimiento

Artist and researcher. Degree in Fine Arts (University of Seville and Winchester School of Art, United Kingdom) and Master in Artistic Production and Research (UB). She is currently a pre-doctoral researcher (FI scholarship) at the Department of Visual Arts and Design (UB).

She has had individual and group exhibitions in art centres such as the Centro Andaluz de Arte Contemporáneo (Seville), Centro José Guerrero (Granada), Fabra i Coats - Centro de Arte Contemporáneo (Barcelona) and galleries such as Galería Fran Reus (Mallorca), Espai2 Angels (Barcelona), Galería Luís Adelantado (Valencia), Galería Javier Silva (Valladolid).

She has obtained grants from institutions such as INJUVE, the Guasch Coranty Foundation, the INICIARTE Programme, or the Comunidad de Madrid - Openstudio Training Programme.

Mireia Plans

Artist graduate in Fine Arts (UB) and photography (IEFC). She works as a freelance photographer and teacher, specialized in the creative processes that include photography as a research tool at UB, UNIBA, Instituto 8 & Alas. Since 2004 she collaborated with Photographic Social Vision Foundation, co-leading and facilitating participatory photography projects in Punt de Vista. Her personal photographic work has been exhibited in different individual and collective exhibitions such as Cidade da Cultura de Santiago, Venice Architecture Biennale or Valid Foto Gallery in Barcelona. She is currently researching through his doctoral thesis 'Art and collaborative photography for social inclusion and personal transformation' at UB.


Dr. Lluís Fernández Pons

Lluís Fernández Pons is a visual artist. He received his PhD in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona (UB). He has a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts (UB); and continued his studies in Germany with the degrees of Absolvent, Meisterschüler and later completed an MA in Art in Context at the UdK Berlin (Universität der Künste). He works as a visual artist collective with Jasmina Llobet since 2002, in the field of sculpture, public art and context-specific projects (www.llobetpons.com). Adjunct Professor at the Fine Arts Faculty of the UB. Guest Professor at Tunghai University in Taichung, Taiwan (2019). Artista i professor titular de la Facultat de Belles Arts de la Universitat de Barcelona, actualment és director del Departament d’Arts Visuals i Disseny. Montserrat Ras

2000 - 2009

Montserrat Ras Mallorquí, Reus, 1974. She’s graduate in Fine Arts at the Belles Arts faculty in Barcelona (2002), she has studied the doctoral biennium (2003-05), has studied the master’s degree “Produccions Artístiques i Recerca” (2006-08), and now is realizing her doctoral thesis under the Pilar Palomer Mateos direction, at the Painting Department on the BBAA faculty (UB). She was staying at the research center IUNA Instituto Universitario Nacional de Arte, Buenos Aires, Argentina (2007). Now is researching grant holder at the Painting Department (2005-08). She has participated in contemporary art exhibitions in Tarragona and Barcelona provinces: like the Museo Salvador Vilaseca in Reus, the Museo d’Art Modern in Tarragona, Palau de la Diputació in Tarragona, the Fundación Vila-Casas in Barcelona and the Tecla Sala in Hospitalet; she has realized too individual exhibitions in art centers like the Cambra de la Propietat Urbana in Barcelona. At the current time she is combining the realization of her doctoral thesis with her teaching activity.


Beatriz Regueira Pons

Beatriz Regueira Pons, Palma de Mallorca 1986. Llicenciada en Belles Arts a la Universistat de Granada, Màster del Professorat en Dibuix a la Universitat de València i Màster en Producció i Investigació Artística de la Universitat de Barcelona. Artista i investigadora en formació en el projecte IN>TRA. La pràctica artística col·laborativa com a model d’experiència: Noves formes i prototips en els processos de recerca, dins del Grup de Recerca IMARTE. La seva investigació teorico-pràctica aprofundeix en les intracccions plàstiques del contínuum cossos-consciències-tecnologies-polítiques des dels estudis feministes i neomaterialistes, explorant des de la performance i el videoart la simptomatologia tecno-capitalista dels cossos en malestar. Actualment treballa juntament amb la psicòloga María González i amb la col·laboració de la musicoterapèuta Daphne Xanthopoulou a Theoria, projecte que explora la dimensió encarnada i comú del coneixement i l'experiència utilitzant la meditació, el moviment conscient i el so com a somatècnies situades. Theoria apareix sota diverses formes: tallers terapèutics i experimentals, xerrades performatives o meditacions situades. Forma part del grup Nenazas, que genera fanzins i performances de caràcter feminista.

Mana Salehi

2003 - 2009

Degree in Graphical Design in the Sure University of Tehran (Iran), presented like project of end of studies the video " Infinit Mornings". In 2004 moved to Barcelona where realised the Masters in Production Gráfica and Packaging in the School Superior of Elisava Design, organized by the University Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. In the 2005 registered in the program of Ph.D in the department of Image and Design at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Barcelona. From 2006 she is assistant scholarship (FI) of the Majority of Catalonia, within project I+D Binary Prospections. Her research dissertation entitled "Influence of Art, Science, and Technology on the image of the Body, and consequently, in the identity of being human". using the body as performance action and autobiography exercise in: www.capturesinstant.com (presented like final project of the first year of DEA). At the moment continuous experimentation in the field of the video performance investigation from the artistic practice in the context of the Body and relation with the Technology and Ciencia (ATC).


Dr. Txuma Sánchez

Txuma Sánchez (Ordizia, Gipuzkoa, 1972). Artista i investigador. Professor associat del Departament d'Arts Visuals i Disseny (UB). Doctor en Belles Arts (UB) i codirector artístic de Sala d’Art Jove, Generalitat de Catalunya des de 2007 (www.saladartjove.cat). Ha rebut entre altres el Premi Ciutat de Barcelona d’Arts Visual, el Premi Pilar Juncosa i la Beca de Residència Bundeskanzleramt Aùstria, així com diverses Beques de Creació en els Àmbits Artístics i del Pensament Contemporani de CoNCA i OSIC. Ha impartit classes i workshops a diferents institucions artístiques i educatives espanyoles (ETSAB o IED), i comissariat exposicions i dissenyat programes d’educació artística en art contemporani (Institució de Lletres Catalanes, Centre d’Art La Panera o Fundació Joan Miró). Entre les seves exposicions a espais i galeries nacionals ha realitzat mostres a la Fundació Pilar i Joan Miró o la galeria Palma Dotze, entre altres. El seu objecte d’investigació principal actualment es centra en la relació entre les pràctiques artístiques contemporànies i l'edició d’artista.


Anja Steidinger

2007- 2013

(1972, Berlín). 2002 Graduated in Fine Arts from the Faculty of Fine Arts, HfbK-Hamburg (Germany). Studied at the studioclass of KP Brehmer (1994 to 1997) and sculptor Pia Stadtbaeumer (1998 to 2000). In 1997 she studied one semester at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cuenca. From 2000 to 2002 she was assistant professor of video and digital photography in the department of visual communication in HfbK (Hamburg-Germany). From 2006 to 2008 she studied the European of Master in "Artistic Productions and Investigation" at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Barcelona, and in january 2009 she received the catalan a research scholarship (FI) and is part of the investigation group Binary Surveys, University of Barcelona. Steidinger focus in her theoretical work is to analyze representation of a malaise and construction of subjectivity in the new paradigm of production in connected societies. She participated as an artist since 2001 with video work in several exhibitions: Get that balance in 2001 in the showroom Kampnagel 3 (Hamburg) in 2002 in the video gallery Trust your local artist (Hamburg), in the 2003 exhibition in public space Zoll-Douane, Hamburg, Havana Biennial ( Cuba - 2006), Artivistic in Montreal (Canada - 2007), at the Peacock Visual Arts Center of Aberdeen (Scotland - 2008). From 2003 to 2006 founding member of the collective FELD fuer Kunst (art field), a space for exhibitions and projects of contemporary art in Hamburg. Since 2007 part of the collective in Barcelona ENMEDIO, art, technology and politics.

Ana Urroz

PhD in Arts, she is working as a tenure-track 1 lecturer at Fine Arts, Visual Arts and Disseny department, Universitat de Barcelona. With a PhD thesis in 2006 about Artivism her research interests are in the convergence between Art, Technology and Polítics. She is usually working, researching and teaching about new media art, vídeo and photography, but with a wide vision on Interactive Design, as a methodology for a better human-computer communication.


Dr. Albert Valera

2013 - 2021

Artist and Doctor of Fine Arts. Tenured University Lecturer of the Department of Visual Arts and Design of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Barcelona. Lecturer of the Official Master Degree PRODART, of the University of Barcelona. Member of the Consolidated Research Group IMARTE. Main researcher of the project Printed Matter Since 1984 he has taught at the Faculty of Fine Arts, creating with Lluís Doñate the course "Intendisciplinary Attitudes". He has directed sumerous doctoral theses and coordinated the Doctorare program limesand Places of Contemporary Sculpture. He has been visiting lecturer of the Massana and Eina schools of art. In 1988 he founded the study "ENPLURAL" with Nlaria Josep Forcadell and Lluís Doñate, specializing in public projects such as "El bosc de Taules", in Parets del Vallés and the Cornellá Centre station for the TRAM. He has numerous publications from which distinguishes the book "Mirar i interpretar l'Escultura: les escultures públiques". He has done solo exhibitions, conferences and seminars related ro the relationship of sculpture vvith other disciplines.


Dra. Alicia Vela

2000 - 2018

Professor of the Printmaking Area of the Painting Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Barcelona. Combines teaching with the artistic production. Her experience nourishes of the thought and sensitivity surrounding the context of art, trying to make of it a shared experience. From 1979 she has participated in numerous individual and collective exhibitions in Europe, Argentina, the USA and Japan. In recent years her research has focused on studying the language of digital printing and the new media within the art form. Since the year 2000 she is main researcher for competitive projects I+D Binary Prospections, I, II (BHA2000-0734) (BHA2003-02938) and Printing Expanded (HUM2007-64757/ARTE). From these projects she has organized, along with other researchers, conferences, seminars and workshops directed to the students of doctorate and the formation of the research fellows.


Dra. Stella Veciana

2005 - 2009

Stella Veciana is manager of scientific projects in the catalan Institute of Nanotechnology, she studied experimental art in Berlin, London, New York and Barcelona. In 1995 she received the prestigious scholarship from Germany the DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) to study computer art at the School of Visual Arts in New York. She is the author of the first doctoral thesis focused on the ACT, in spanish titled Research arts: the intersection of art, science and technology as a field of knowledge and action (2004). Veciana artistic activity began in 1991 with multimedia installations and kinetic art exhibiting in various galleries and museums in Europe: Berlin Kunstwerke, Berlinische Galerie, Martin-Gropius-Bau and Akademie der Künste, Kunsthalle Nürnberg, Lichthaus, Bremen, Deutsche Bank Galerie, Madrid / Barcelona, ??Pleiades Gallery, Athens, European Capital, Thessaloniki, etc. . In 1997 she started her career as lecturer and professor in the UB and UAB for the development of models for online master programs for the Graduate Institute, Madrid. Afterwards she worked  in the management of the Office for International Relations, Faculty of Fine Arts UB and coaching the Project in the coordination of ANECA (National Agency for Assessment and Accreditation). Since 2006 Veciana directs the management of scientific projects of the Institut Nanotechnology Catalan, ICN. She is member of the European Association of Research Management EARMA.


Dra. Antonia Vilà

2000 - 2021

Professor of the Printmaking Area of the Painting Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Barcelona. Art and defined his career teaching staff in a permanent dialogue and shared. The main focus of his artistic production has been developed: The original artwork, books and installation. Since the concern investigate a perception in the abstract Recorded as a language, explore their speeches, their processes image and the borders of their limits. Has participated in international seminars and Masters in France, UK and India and has coordinated seminars, conferences and workshoops under the Ph. D. Studies  Dep. Painting. Vicedecanato and culture. Has done curated exhibition together with other groups of researchers and research projects. It has promoted the expansion of language printed in the digital environment since the Coordination of European Masters P.A & A: Printmaking, Art and Research 1995-1999 and the conduct of international postgraduate degrees. From the engraved stamp to mark the digital 1. 2, 1998-1999. He has done numerous exhibitions in Europe, Argentina, India and Japan.
Since the year 2000 she is researcher for competitive projects I+D Binary Prospections, I, II (BHA2000-0734) (BHA2003-02938) and Printing Expanded (HUM2007-64757/ARTE). Since 2002 participates in the project on the study chemical and physical characterization of materials and techniques from one part of the fund artwork on the Gala-Salvador Dalí and Figueras in agreement with the University of Barcelona.


Eva Vila

2005 - 2009

Eva Vila Pou (Vic, 1963). Graduated in Fine arts by the University of Barcelona in Painting (1998) and in Engraving (1994). Since 1995, she is a member of teachers’ staff of the Printmaking where she practises as teacher, researcher and artist.
In the frame of the University, lately she has managed several agreements of diffusion of artistic projects with Fine Arts’ students and several Japanese institutions of art. She has exhibited her work both individually and collective.
Since 1998, she is a member of the group 13L. All the artists in the group have expertise in projects concerning Artists’ books and Bookworks and which she exhibit her work regularly.


Dra. Àngels Viladomiu

2013 - 2021

Artista i doctora en Belles Arts. Professora agregada (SHP, Plan Serra Húnter) de la Facultat de Belles Arts de la Universitat de Barcelona. Ha realitzat estàncies de investigació i de professora invitada a la Fakultät Gestaltung, Bauhaus-Universität, Weimar iWeissensee Kunsthochschule, Berlin. Investigadora principal del projecte competitiu I+D Materia Impresa 2 HAR2015-63952-C3-2-P (MINECO/FEDER). Es membre del Grup de investigació consolidat IMARTE, UB. La seva investigació explora les connexions entre art, paisatge, botànica i dendrologia mitjançant projectes interdisciplinaris. Ha publicat diversos articles sobre art i canvi climàtic. Amb una llarga trajectòria d’exposicions nacionals i internacionals, la seva obra està representada en diverses col·leccions públiques com la del MNCARS, Madrid.
