Head of Department of Social Sciences, Faculty of Special Needs. Eötvös Loránd University. Researcher for the FP5 project Entrance-Enterprise and its transfer to combat social exclusion (1998-2001), and the National Research Fund project Transition from school to working life- Follow up research (2001-04). He has served as an expert on programmes for disadvantaged minority groups (Ministry of Education, British Council, 1996-99), and schools for pupils with special needs (Institute of Educational Research, 1985-1990).
