Researcher,Lecturer and Head of the School of Education Studies at the Dublin City University. Her research interests include pluralism and interculturalism and their implications for education. Projects under these headings include: Needs Analysis for Educators in the Further Education Sector, Department of Education and Science; Research into the provision of Access for Ethnic Minorities into Dublin City University, Higher Education Authority; Needs Analysis for Teachers in the Multidenominational Sector. Educate Together, Development Co-operation. She is also a member and secretary of the Pluralism in Education Standing Committee.
