Participant in several European projects, such as “POLITIS. Building Europe with New Citizens? An Inquiry into the Civic Participation of Naturalised Citizens and Foreign Residents in 25 Countries” and in the project Latvian Education reform in the context of the existing and possible models of bilingualism in Latvia: two-stream school as an evaluation of the example of bilingual education. 2003.
