Coordinator of the Investigation of Experiences and Attitudes Among Pupils, Parents, Teachers and Managers Towards Homophobic Bullying in Dublin Second-Level Schools (2005-06, Gender Equality Unit Department of Education & Science). He has also participated in school leadership and planning projects: Integrated Student Support; Killinarden Education Network Combat Poverty Agency, Potential Early School Leavers Programme and Youth Reach/Killinarden Community School Links.
