Miranda Christou

Project 2 leader. University of Cyprus

Lecturer in Sociology of Education, University of Cyprus, and Doctor in Education by Harvard University. Project coordinator in the European Refugee Fund project Measures to integrate women refugees in the society in Cyprus and to promote a multi-cultural society. Researcher in the project Youth in Cyprus 2005, and in the Harvard Living Wage Interview Project, from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. She is also member of the Mediterranean Institute for Gender Studies and research expert for the European program “Gender Equality-Responsibility of Both Sexes”.
