Research Fellow at the Centre for European Policy Studies, CEPS. Participation in the FP5 ELISE. European Liberty and Security project and the FP6 CHALLENGE. Changing Landscape of European Liberty and Security project. He has published widely in the area of Freedom, Security and Justice, with particular attention to migration-related issues. He is being appointed external expert on “integration of migrants” for the European Economic and Social Committee and the LIBE Committee (European Parliament).
