PROJECT 6. Local projects for social cohesion.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES: To study communities involved in learning projects that have developed the integration of social and educational interventions that contribute to reduce inequalities and marginalisation, and to foster social inclusion and empowerment.

RESEARCH QUESTION: How does community involvement in education contribute to strengthen connections between education and diverse areas of society?How do these mixed interventions contribute to social cohesion?

5 Case studies (one per country)

For 4 years, the following fieldwork will be conducted every year for each case: 5 communicative observations, 13 standardized open-ended interviews, 13 communicative daily life stories, 1 communicative focus group by each case, 2 questionnaires (one for students and another for family members), and school documents. (Operational objective 6.1)
